By accessing and using BookOnlyMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Service Description

BookOnlyMe provides an online appointment booking platform for service businesses. We offer scheduling tools, payment processing, customer management, and related features.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Limited to 2 services and 3 daily bookings. No payment processing.

Starter Plan ($10/month)

Up to 10 services, 20 daily bookings, payment processing included.

Pro Plan ($20/month)

Unlimited services and bookings, all features included.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We charge a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee on paid appointments
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BookOnlyMe to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Resell or redistribute our service

8. Intellectual Property

BookOnlyMe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BookOnlyMe Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

BookOnlyMe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
